Welcome Center

The Student Success Center (SSC) is the central welcoming point for all students and visitors to campus. Members of the Student Success Center are available to answer questions, help solve problems, and schedule appointments for students at a distance or on campus by email, on the phone, or in person.

We’re available to answer general questions and help you find the right person to get the information you need about admissions, financial aid, registrar items, your student account, registering or classes, making sure you're academically on track, assisting with career services and job opportunities, and more!

Our friendly staff can support you in person or virtually with:

  • Admissions questions
  • Payments to your student account
  • Enrollment verification services
  • Transcript request services
  • Financial Aid questions
  • Pick-up or drop-off of forms
  • Finding the right person to speak with

  • Tools and techniques to improve basic academic skills
  • Tutoring via a virtual platform
  • Short-term counseling to inform your next steps
  • Services for students with learning disabilities, including advocacy, learning strategies, and reasonable accommodations
  • General questions and more
