Vascular Sonography
How do Vascular Sonographers help?
Our bodies are made up of intricate blood vessels that must have proper circulation in order to work properly. Vascular/Doppler sonography provides a non-invasive way to detect stenosis, atherosclerosis, blood clots (DVT), venous insufficiency, evaluation of stents and grafts, and blood flow perfusion abnormalities.

How do Intraoperative Neuromonitorists help?
Intraoperative Neuromonitorists are a patient’s guardian angel in the OR. When a patient is under anesthesia during a surgery or procedure, the neuromonitorist is constantly checking signals from a patient’s nervous system for signs of oxygen loss to the brain or stroke potential so that they can immediately alert the surgeon. In a situation where every second counts, the presence of a neuromonitorist during surgery has become invaluable and is increasing the demand for certified IONM professionals in the operating room.
